Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AbleFit Club, operated by Able Fitness ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for a membership, you agree to these Terms.
Membership and Billing
AbleFit Club is a monthly subscription service billed at $10 per month. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each month. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access to your account until payment is resolved.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access through that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at help@ablefitnesscoaching.com and we will review your case.
Use of the Service
AbleFit Club is for personal, non-commercial use. By using the service, you agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Reproduce or redistribute challenge content outside the platform
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members in the community feed
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Health and Fitness Disclaimer
The workout plans and content provided through AbleFit Club are for general fitness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.
By participating in AbleFit Club challenges, you acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risk and that you participate at your own risk. Able Fitness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the program.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site and in the app — including challenge plans, videos, graphics, and text — is owned by Able Fitness and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AbleFit Club is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific fitness goals.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Able Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify active members of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Able Fitness is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
